The third floor of the First Base Building in BullStreet Development was an empty shell when Buchanan Construction was hired to complete the upfit for Capgemini’s TCube Solutions office. The 23,000 square foot space was transformed into a state of the art work center for over 100 employees. The open concept office includes not only work stations but also private offices, board rooms, kitchen, sound proof areas, outdoor and other collaborative work areas.
