Embark Church
Embark Church was gifted this 1960’s facility, and Buchanan Construction Services was hired through an interview process to renovate the sanctuary and education building.
All 11,140 square feet in the A-framed sanctuary and classroom building were updated with new plumbing, HVAC and electrical services. The front stone wall was removed to update the exterior facade, and the roof was replaced. Embark had raised a significant amount of money before beginning the project, and we worked with the team to make sure we stayed within the budget.
Open, constant communication managed expectations on all sides. We were able to work through events that were controllable (and some that were uncontrollable) by helping set realistic expectations.
