The Tower Finishes project for Lexington Medical Center involved finish renovations to over 100,000 square feet. Four floors in the South Tower and an additional two floors in the Central Tower received new flooring (carpet and sheet vinyl), over bed lights and fresh paint. Since we were working in occupied hospital space, the work was phased. We helped LMC with the installation of medical equipment in patient rooms and at nurses stations and upgraded the sprinkler system on one floor. The project was competed ahead of schedule.
