Buchanan Construction was hired and trusted by regional architectural firm LS3P to complete a comprehensive up-fit of white box space in a new mixed-use development community. We worked with the LS3P team to design and build a stunning new office, spanning over 11,000 square feet.

Being the first tenant in the space, engineers, architects, the building owner worked together diligently to create the new open office environment. There is a mixture of private and open offices, meeting rooms and break areas all sharing a bountiful amount of natural light.

Because this space was beneath occupied apartments, BCS took special care not to disrupt and to keep noise to a minimum.

It’s a sleek, modern workspace that is home to over 35 employees.
