BCS worked with Studio 2LR and the Rockbridge Club to maximize the owner’s long-term investment by balancing the initial costs, life-cycle costs and overall durability. The result was a new 2,700 square foot pool house that replaced an outdated ice-skating facility. The new building includes mens’and womens’ restrooms with lockers and showers, a snack bar with an adjoining recreation room and pool storage.
