BCS  renovated this old boat showroom and property with a complete makeover. The 7,000 SF building has a new facade with solar panels and a new showroom. The significant makeover includes new electrical system, HVAC, lighting, roof, paint, flooring, and an underground storm water system.  We took a bare-bones, out of date building and turned it into a showplace with new glass overhead doors and a sleek new exterior.
