Stormwater Studios is the first building of a future three building artist community near the Congaree River. There are studios for 10 artists and a teaching studio in the complex. The pre-engineered metal building allows for various types of mediums to be practiced and includes public areas for gallery shows and events. The site is at the gateway of the proposed Riverfront Park of Columbia.
