In 2022, BCS completed a new board room and community space for CCCF adding to their square footage in the First Base Building. We converted the old board room into office space and added collaboration space.

The original project was an office upfit in shell space in the First Base Building in the BullStreet Development. This 5,300 SF upfit for a non-profit organization was completed on a tight budget and timeline, but yet has a “cool” feel to it. Thirteen individual offices were added on the perimeter to take advantage of the BullStreet and ballpark views.
