Lexington Medical Center hired BCS to convert a former library branch into a medical office building. We tore out the entire interior to make room for exam rooms, physician offices, x-ray rooms, new bathrooms and procedure rooms. New roof and ductwork were included along with adding and deleting windows to the exterior. Additional infrastructure was added to support the new systems with extensive plumbing changes a new mobile MRI unit.
